Job Description
- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid-level hiring.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
- Experience working on different job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs etc.
- Must have good stakeholder management skills, work closely with Hiring Managers to understand
- overall needs and requirements and drive to closure within the TAT
- Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments.
- Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding / joining
- Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Expert in social media recruitment
- Offer/Joining conversion ratio compliance
- Prior experience in ITES Industry will be an added advantage.
- An astutely confident professional, a go-getter attitude and tenacity
- Extremely Proficient in managing stakeholders and their expectations, ensuring compliance to SLA levels and quality norms thereby achieving client satisfaction and business goals

HR Executive
- Support a Business Division Unit of 800-1000 members and Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues of the location/department.
- Responsible for driving employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & recognition programs.
- Expected to keep a finger on the pulse of the BU through periodic ESS, open houses and employee interactions
- Build a better connect with business group by conducting regular one-on-one with employees, share the feedback with Process Head and collaborate with Ops team to implement strategies identified to address concerns
- Drive retention programs
- Drive Performance Management
- Proactively communicate new / changed Policies and practices to employees
- Drive HR SLAs for the BU to ensure 100% compliance.
- Deliver additional assignments and projects assigned by the management.
- Willingness to work in extended shifts.
