Job Duties & responsibilities Sourcing and Contacting candidates after the pre-screening, following-up with candidates and managing candidate pipeline. Scheduling interviews
Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database. Good experience into Non-IT Recruitment.
Sourcing through various job boards Like Naukri, Monster LinkedIn, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
Shortlisting the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments informed of the same.
End to end talent Acquisition Candidates from consulting firms are Preferred Salary: 10k to 15k
Immediate joiners Preferred.
